Los Angeles. Actor Al Pacino is alone once again. The 83-year-old Hollywood veteran has ended his relationship with his 29-year-old girlfriend Noor Alfallah. He has a three month old son. Noor Alfallah has applied for the custody of her son. He has filed legal documents in Los Angeles demanding custody of the child. Also said that she wants ‘The Godfather’ actor to get the right to ‘proper meeting’.
According to The Daily Mail report, Alfallah had earlier agreed to joint legal custody, saying that she wanted her ex-boyfriend to help her make decisions related to matters such as education, medical treatment, finances and religion. In his legal filing, Alfallah inserted a document titled ‘Voluntary Declaration of Parents’, which was signed by both of them.
The two were romantically linked last year in April 2022. They welcomed their baby, Roman Alfalfa Pacino, just three months ago on June 6. This makes Al Pacino one of the oldest people in Hollywood to have a child. The ‘Scarface’ actor is already the father of three children with two women. He shares 22-year-old twins, Olivia Pacino and Anton James Pacino, with Beverly D’Angelo.
As The Blast reports, Alfallah has requested in her court documents that Pacino pay her attorney fees or any other costs related to the case, including a specific amount of child support, although the amount cannot be determined. Not mentioned. Legal papers in the case state that the court can make orders in the children’s case and issue assignments without any notice to any party.
Pacino is reportedly not actually fighting the case in any way, since he is not married. This makes the legal process easier, simply establishing paternity and child support. It was expected that the judge in the case would rule on the amount sought by Alfallah in an upcoming hearing.
