Hero remained number-1 despite the decline in sales
Hero MotoCorp maintained the top position in November 2024 with a sale of 4,39,777 units. However, the company’s sales have decreased by 7.67% as compared to last year’s November 2023, when 4,76,286 units were sold. The monthly decline was more than in October 2024, which was 33.07%. During this time the company launched the new V2 range electric scooters in its portfolio, which is expected to improve sales in the coming time.

Honda sales marginally
Honda sold 4,32,888 units in the domestic market last month. It shows an annual growth of 2.90% as compared to 4,20,677 units sold in November 2023. However, the company’s sales declined by 21.74% on a monthly basis compared to October 2024.

TVS sales improvement
TVS Motor sold 3,05,203 units in November 2024, which is 6.34% higher than 2,87,017 units in November last year. However, monthly sales fell to a decline, which was 21.84% less than in October 2024.

Bajaj Auto sales fall
Bajaj Auto sold 2,03,611 units in November 2024. The company’s popularity depended on models like Pulsar, Platina and Freedom CNG, which has now become even more attractive to buyers due to prices cuts.

Monthly sales of Suzuki motorcycle declines
Suzuki recorded a sale of 78,333 units in November 2024, which is 7.11% higher than the same month. However, the company’s sales fell by 25.35% on a monthly basis.

Royal Enfield sales continuously declining
Royal Enfield sales were reduced to 72,236 units in November 2024. This shows a decline of 3.86% compared to the previous year and 29.10% compared to October 2024.

In November 2024, major two -wheeler manufacturers sold 15,32,048 units in total. This figure is 1.23% less than 15,50,849 units sold in November 2023 last year. At the same time, October 2024 recorded a big monthly decline of 25.75% against 20,63,387 units.
