India’s leading indicator of white-collar hiring activity, Job Jobspek Index demonstrated a strong growth in October, reached 2,733 points as compared to 2,484 in the same month of 2023, a significant 10% year-over year growth Markated.

The report further revealed that overall, the global capacity center (GCC) demonstrated a steady increase in October with a continuous increase with 17% year-to-year.
The GCC showed significant traction in emerging hubs such as Kolkata (68.46%) and Ahmedabad (47.68%), indicating increasing preference among international companies to expand beyond traditional technical centers for the operation of India.

Tamil Nadu emerged as the strongest artist with 24%year-on-year development, followed by Telangana (16%), Karnataka (12%), Andhra Pradesh (9%) and Kerala (7%), this.
