Xiaomi 15 Ultra is expected to be launched in China next month and MWC may be a global release during Barcelona. From the official beginning, RAM, storage details, and phone color options are leaked online. Xiaomi 15 Ultra has been touched to be available in three shades with 16GB RAM. Xiaomi 15 Ultra Xiaomi 15 will come as a third model in the 15 lineup. This Snapdragon 8 Elite is expected to run on the chipset and may have a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto sensor facility.

For comparison, Xiaomi 14 Ultra was launched in the 16GB RAM + 512GB storage configuration in global markets. In China, it has been introduced in 12GB + 256GB, 16GB + 512GB and 16GB + 1TB variants.
In addition, Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be allegedly available in black, white and silver colors. It is worth noting that Xiaomi 14 Ultra was unveiled in black and white colors.
As mentioned, Xiaomi’s much awaited Xiaomi 15 Ultra is likely to be a hit in Chinese markets next month. The global launch March may take place during the first week during the MWC 2025 event in Barcelona.

Like its siblings-xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro-Ultra models are expected to be operated by Snapdragon 8 Elite Chipset and run on Android 15-based hyperose 2.0. It is likely to support wireless charging, 90W wired charging and satellite connectivity. This is expected to sports a 2K quad-race display and a 50-megapixel triple rear camera unit. The camera setup may include a 1-inch main sensor with f/1.63 aperture and a 200-megapixel large-upart periscope telephoto shooter. It is rumored to have IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and splash resistance.
