New Delhi:
A statement on Monday said that Delhi Metro will start its operation from its terminal stations and start its operation on all lines from its terminal stations on counting day.
Trains will run on all lines till 6 am with a frequency of 30 minutes. After 6 am, regular metro train services will run throughout the day.
“On February 5, on the day of assembly elections in Delhi and Vote Counting Day on February 8, Delhi Metro train services on all lines will start at 4 am with their terminal stations to avail the facility of employees posted for election duty,” in the statement. Having said.
In addition, to facilitate the latest polling officers/employees after electoral duty, the final metro services on all lines will also be extended to intervene on the night of 5 and 6 February.
The time has been extended from 11 am to 12 noon on the red line. This Millennium City Center will be from Gurugram to Adhapur Baldi, the yellow line sector will be from 11.30 am to 11.30 am and 11.45 from Samaypur Baldi to Millennium City Center Gurugram.
The time on the blue line will be extended by 11.50 pm, while the timing has been extended on the violet line till 12 noon and 1 pm.
