The suspect of the murder of a new Mexico was violently attacked in court by the alleged victim’s uncle and stepfather on Friday, as the court room video was captured. According to a police, 21 -year -old Alexander Artiz was arrested by the Albuquerk police in the last February in the deadly shooting of his ex -girlfriend, Aliana Farfan. News release,
According to court records, Ortis was accused of first-degree murder, in which he did not guilty in March. NBC News REported.
On Friday morning, he was in a court to hear a petition in a court at Bernalillo County Courthouse in Albuquerque when he was attacked.
The video footage shows a man jumping on the court barrier, separating the public from the suspects and charging towards Orties, who attempts to escape. After moments, another man follows.
A chaotic dispute, with several individuals wrestling on the floor, including Carlos Lossro, Pete Yesasi, Ortis, a reform officer, father of Orties, and an unknown sixth man.
Lucero and Yasasi are seen wearing a man wearing jeans and a dark long sleeve shirt, while the Reform Officer tries to mold the octizes.
The fight ends when the officer deploys his tusser.

The court documents filed last week in the Metropolitan Court identify the attackers as Lucero and Yasasi. After receiving the report of the battle in progress, Deputy responded to the court room around 9:30 am.
According to the court records, Lucero and Yesasi jumped at the courtroom gate, moved towards Orties, and began to kill him. He is also accused of injuring the reform officer who attempted to protect Orties.
During his arrest, Luceroe allegedly told a deputy that the victim, Farfan, was his niece.
“He killed my niece like a coward,” allegedly said by Lossroo. “It was worth every moment.”
YSASI was identified as Farfan’s half -father.
The court records stated that Ortis, Lossero, and Yasas all maintain millions of visible during the incident. Lucero and Yasasi were taken into custody and a peace officer was attacked in battery and jail.
Online records suggest that Lucero was released from the Metropolitan Detention Center on Saturday, while Yesasi was released on Sunday. It is not clear whether they have legal representation or not.
According to the police, Furfan was found dead in his apartment on January 11, 2024.
Police said in a news release last year, “Friends and detectives who came to know from the family said that furfan and Orties had a derogatory relationship and was disturbed by Farhana on the day of Ortise shooting.” “Farfan allowed many friends to stay in his apartment as she was afraid of being alone according to a relative.”
Farfan’s friends told the detectives that they heard the same gun bullet, while he and Ortis were in their bedroom that evening. When he opened the door, he discovered Farfan with a gun pellet wound on the face, while the Ortis ran from a window.
Ortis was arrested on February 21, 2024 after a brief deadlock with the police and has been at the Metropolitan Detention Center since then.
A lawyer for Ortis did not respond to the recommendation request immediately.
His next hearing is scheduled for Friday morning.
