Infosys aims to hire over 20,000 freshers through campus hiring in 2025-26 financial year, CEO of India’s second largest IT services firm Salil Parekh, CNBC-TV18 on CNBC-TV18 Davos, World Economic Forum Summit in Switzerland On the edge of the conference, 22 January.

Parekh said that the company will be focused on creating AI innovations which will not increase its balance sheet.

He also revealed that Infosys is manufacturing four small big language models (LLM) for AI. The firm has already created a small LLM for banking, which is looking at traction, and three agents for audit companies including Big Four. This is now in the process of manufacturing 100 new agents, one of them to do research work.
