Washington:
Donald Trump said that the federal government should “capture Washington DC,” as the US President complained about crime, graffiti and “lots of tents on lawn”.
Trump has a controversial relationship with the country’s capital Democratic Mayor, Murial Boseer, as he had his first term in the office.
