The new fund offer (NFO) opens on February 20, 2025, and closes on 6 March 2025.
After the NFO period, the plan allocation will reopen for continuous sales and recurrent within five commercial days from the date of allocation.
The fund as its benchmark tracks the Nifty Midcap 150 Total Return Index (TRI) and offers investors the choice between a direct plan and a regular plan, each an income distribution option and an income distribution cum capital withdrawal (IDCW ) Is available with option.
Development option re -establishes all earnings in the plan, while IDCW option allows periodic distribution of surplus funds at the discretion of trustees.
Under IDCW, investors may opt for re -renovation, transfer, or dividend payment under applied taxes and statutory levies.
The exhaust load structure includes an NIL charge for redemption or switch of up to 10% of the units invested within three months from the date of allocation.
Without this limit, there is 1% exit load within the same period, while no exhaust load is applied for redemption after three months.
The minimum investment amount for procurement of lumpsum during and after NFO is 5,000, of which. Additional investment is allowed in multiples of 1.
As an open-ended scheme, investors can purchase or redeem units at any commercial day at NAV-based prices, subject to load structure.
The units of the scheme will not be listed on any stock exchange, although the AMC reserves the right to do so in the future.
The Fund House stated that the Helios Mutual Fund SEBI (Mutual Fund) Regulations, according to 1996, has flexibility to modify minimum investment requirements.
