Dhaka:

Dhaka has allegedly invited Elon Musk, advisor to Tech billionaire and US President Donald Trump, to visit Bangladesh and launch Starlink Satellite service. In a letter to Musk, Bangladesh Chief Advisor Professor Muhammad Yunus said that integrating the connectivity of Starlink into the country’s infrastructure will have its youth and transformative effects on women.

Yunas told SpaceX and Tesla’s CEOs that his visit to Bangladesh would allow him to meet young Bangladeshi men and women, which, according to a report by Dhaka Tribune, will be one of the main beneficiaries of this major technology.

“We work together to give our mutual vision for a better future,” Nobel laureate Yunus said in the letter.

The letter states, “Integrating the connectivity of Starlink in the infrastructure of Bangladesh will have a transformational effect, especially for Bangladesh’s entrepreneur youth, rural and weak women and remote and remote and understanding communities,” read the letter.

Mr. Yunas also asked his high representative for Rohingya crisis and priority issues, Dr. Khalilur Rahman, to closely coordinate with the SpaceX team to complete the necessary tasks to prepare for launch in Bangladesh within the next judged working days.

On 13 February, Mr. Yunus discussed a comprehensive video with Mr. Musk to find out future cooperation and further progress to introduce Starlink’s satellite internet service in Bangladesh.

Professor Younus gave an invitation to Elon Musk to visit Bangladesh for a possible launch of Starlink Services, underlining the importance of this initiative for national development, in which Musk replied positively.

“I look forward to this,” Mr. Musk replied at that time.
