Police said on Sunday that a Japanese woman was found dead after falling from a balcony on the 14th floor.
The woman was identified as Madoko Thamano (34), a resident of Japan. Police said that she came to Gurugram with her husband in September last year. She was living here in a society with her husband and two children.
A senior police officer said the incident occurred on Friday morning when the police received a call about lying down the blood -soaked body of a woman on the ground.
Police said that the body was handed over to the family after the post -mortem and further investigation into the matter is going on.
SHO Inspector Sandeep Kumar of Sector 53 Police Station said, “The embassy has also been informed about the incident”.
