For Aggarwal, the actual challenge is not only found in women, but ensures that they thrive and move forward.

“Technology has the power to be a synonym, offering flexible careers, diverse roles and immense possibilities. Nevertheless, significant infections from mid level to leadership are a barrier for many women. This is the place where an inclusive culture makes all differences, ”she said.

She emphasizes that the inclusion becomes beyond representation – it is about resumption of workplaces, so women do not have to choose between ambition and balance.
