Paytm has expanded its Integrated Payment Interface (UPI) statement download feature by launching an Excel format with the current PDF option. This update helps users to track expenses, manage finance and simplify tax filing.

With the new Excel format, Paytm UPI users can download detailed transaction details for specific date range or financial years. The convenience includes payment notes and tags, making reconciliation easier.
How to download UPI statement in Excel
- Users can access this feature in the ‘Balance and History’ section of the Paytm app. to download:
- Open the Paytm app and go to ‘Balance and History’.
- Tap on ‘Download UPI statement’ under payment history.
- Select the desired date limit.
- Choose ‘Excel’ as a format and tap on ‘download’.
The facility is available to users with Paytm UPI handle associated with Axis Bank (@PTAXIS), Yes Bank (@PTYES), State Bank of India (@Ptsbi), and HDFC Bank (@PTHDFC).
A Paytm spokesman said, “The new Excel format for UPI statement provides more flexibility in financial management.”
