Rajkot:
Anger on his son, 52, to raise objection to his second marriage, a 76 -year -old man has allegedly shot him in Rajkot, Gujarat.
Police said, at around 10 pm on Sunday, 52 -year -old Pratap Borcha made an argument with his father on his decision to marry 76 -year -old Ramkhai alias Ramkubai Borcha for a second time. In an angry Rambhai gave two bullets at his son, killing him on the spot. After committing the crime, he allegedly sat on a chair near the body, showing no signs of regrets, the authorities said.
Pratap’s wife, Jaya, filed a complaint against her father -in -law at Jassan police station and Rambhai was arrested on the same day. He was presented before a court and sent to police custody for two days.
Officials said that further investigation is going on.
