In this, you may have to make batteries, electric motors and some other changes. However, before choosing this option, make sure whether it is economical and beneficial for you. Properly assess the cost of electric conversion and the time taken in it.

Will the option be better?
If the bike is in good condition and you can invest a little, then it can be a good option to convert into an electric bike. This will give you a new and environmentally friendly vehicle. If the bike is old or bad then selling in scrap can be easy and fast. But in comparison, electric conversion can be a bit expensive.
