New Delhi. After Shubman Gill’s half-century, India won the third T20 match by 23 runs on the basis of Washington Sundar’s excellent bowling. Zimbabwe team has fallen 1-2 in the 5-match series after losing its second consecutive T20 match. After this defeat, host team captain Sikandar Raza told where his team went wrong. Raza said that I am proud of my fielding but today something went wrong. He said that now the time has come for fellow players to take responsibility, in which I am also included. Zimbabwe team, which came to chase the target of 183 runs set by India, could score only 159 runs. Raza failed in batting whereas in bowling he took 2 wickets which included the wickets of dangerous batsmen like Yashasvi Jaiswal and Abhishek Sharma.
After losing the third T20 match against India, Sikandar Raza said, ‘I think once again it is a fielding issue. We are proud of our fielding but today something went wrong. We gave away 20 runs extra and lost by 23 runs. There are still problems in our top order, but I am hopeful that he can perform well any time. In the last few years we tried 15 top players.

Myers scored unbeaten 65 runs
For Zimbabwe, Dion Myers (65 not out) scored the first half-century of his career but could not lead Zimbabwe to victory. After a very poor start for Zimbabwe, he made an unbroken partnership of 77 runs with Clive Medande (37) for the sixth wicket and 43 runs in 21 balls with Wellington Masakadza (18 not out) for the seventh wicket.
‘Mistakes of youth are acceptable’
Sikandar Raza said, ‘Now the time has come that all the players including me should take responsibility. It is acceptable if young players make mistakes. But the senior will have to come forward and take responsibility. For this reason we have selected three openers. The openers who have been selected should be given a chance. Zimbabwe team will try to save the series on 13th July.
