iPhone 16 series can be launched in September. In this iPhone series of Apple, along with iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will be launched. Apple is going to provide AI feature in the iPhone launched this year. For this, Apple has partnered with ChatGPT maker OpenAI. Along with the new iPhone series, users will get many new features, one of which is a feature which Android users have been using for a long time.
Call recording feature will be available
This feature has been seen in the beta version of iOS 18. Call recording feature is going to be available in the iPhone 16 series to be launched this year. Since the first iPhone was launched in 2007, till now the company has not provided call recording feature in any series.
After the rollout of iOS 18, iPhone users will get in-built call recording feature. As soon as a call comes on the users’ phone, they will see the option to record the call. Users will be able to record incoming and outgoing calls on their phone with a single tap. Like Android users, this in-built feature will notify the user when call recording starts, letting them know that the call is being recorded.
Apart from this, users are also going to get chat transcript, summarize and Apple Intelligence in iOS 18. In the WWDC 2024 held this year, the company had announced the Apple Intelligence feature. After the introduction of AI feature, users will also be able to save the recorded call transcript in Apple Notes.
According to the report, apart from the iPhone 16 series, Apple Intelligence feature will be available in iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. At the same time, Apple’s AI feature will not be provided in both the standard variants. However, the basic call transcript feature will be accessible on older iPhones as well.
This call transcript feature of iOS 18 will be available with iPhone 16 in English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Portuguese languages.
