New Delhi. Tata Motors is taking full advantage of India’s rapidly growing passenger electric vehicle segment. According to the latest data, 70 out of 100 electric cars sold in India are from Tata Motors, which means the company holds 70 percent share in the electric car segment. Let us tell you that many companies are selling electric cars in India, but no other company has been able to gain a hold on the electric car market like Tata Motors. As far as the country’s largest car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki is concerned, the company had announced to launch its first electric car in 2025.

Meanwhile, Tata Motors has revealed another electric car. The company has recently released the teaser of Curvv EV, which makes it clear that this car can be launched very soon. It is being told that after launching the electric version, the company will also launch its petrol version in the market.

What will be special in Tata Curvv EV?
Tata Curve EV will be an all-electric model with a coupe body style. Some of the design highlights of the Curve include the full-width light bar running across the face, split LED headlamps, aggressive looking grille and bumper, sloping roofline, flush-fitting door handles and connected LED taillights. Apart from this, the reflector design and positioning at the rear will be similar to the Nexon.

How will the features be?
In terms of features, the Curve EV can get connectivity features like wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The car comes with a free-standing 12-inch touchscreen infotainment system, all-digital instrument cluster, twin-spoke steering wheel with illuminated Tata logo, touch-based HVAC controls, ventilated front seats, auto-dimming IRVM, 360-degree surround camera and There will also be ADAS technology.

Additionally, if we go by the recent spy pictures, the Curvv EV will also have a dual-pane panoramic sunroof. The battery pack and specifications may be similar to the Nexon EV. The car can get a single motor setup which will send power to the front wheels.

Curve will be the first big SUV to join the race and along with it, cars like Hyundai Creta EV, Kia Carens EV, Honda Elevate EV, Mahindra XUV.E8, Maruti EVX and Toyota Urban Sport will also join it.
