MP News: In the months of Shravan and Bhadau, Shiva devotees will be able to see the Bhasma Aarti of Lord Mahakal without permission. Mahakaleshwar Temple Committee has taken a big decision in this regard. However, Bhasma Aarti Darshan will be held under mobile arrangement. In the month of Shravan-Bhadau, Bhasma Aarti of Lord Mahakaleshwar will be performed every day from 22nd July to 2nd September. The opening time of morning doors will be 3 am. The time of Bhasma Aarti will be from 2.30 am every Monday.

Bhasma Aarti will be held every day from 3 to 5 am and every Monday from 2.30 to 4.30 pm. Similarly, the door opening timings will remain the same from 3rd September. According to the prevailing system in the month of Shravan-Bhadau, arrangements for darshan of Bhasma Aarti from Avantika gate will be fixed. During Bhasma Aarti, devotees will be able to see the Bhasma Aarti running from the last three rows of Karthikeya Mandapam.

Know the big decision of Mahakaleshwar Temple Committee

Mahakaleshwar Temple Committee Chairman and Collector Neeraj Kumar Singh said that the arrangements regarding entry of registered devotees in the Bhasma Aarti of Shravan-Bhadau month will be decided from Mansarovar Bhawan and Gate-1. After darshan, devotees will move out through the exit gate or the new emergency exit gate.

In the month of Shravan-Bhadau, a large number of Kanwariyas arrive to offer water to Lord Mahakal. Kanwar Yatris will be given entry from Gate-4 except on Saturday, Sunday and Monday after prior notice.

Aarti darshan without permission in the month of Shravan-Bhadau 

There will be arrangements for Kanwariyas to offer water to Baba Mahakal from a water vessel in Vishram Dham, Ramp and Sabha Mandapam. Will offer water to Lord Shri Mahakal from Facility Center-1 via Gate-1, Temple Complex, Kartik Mandapam, Ganesh Mandapam via Tunnel. For those Kanwar Yatris who reach the temple directly without any prior information or bring Kavad on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, then the darshan arrangements of those Kanwar Yatris will be fixed like that of normal devotees.

Kanwar pilgrims will offer water from the water vessel installed in Kartik Mandapam. In the month of Shravan-Bhadau, general darshan arrangements will be made from Nandi Dwar, Mahakal Mahalok, Mansarovar Bhawan, Facility Center-1, Tunnel Temple Complex, Kartik Mandapam, Ganesh Mandapam near Triveni Museum. Devotees will enter Mansarovar Bhawan from Conch Gate and after darshan from Facility Center-1 and Tunnel Temple Complex, Kartik Mandapam, Ganesh Mandapam, will proceed directly out through the new emergency exit gate.
