MP board exams date announced, 19 lakh students will appear


Bhopal. The Higher Secondary examination conducted by the Board of Secondary Education will start from March 2 and the High School examination will start from March 3. The board has released the time table of these examinations. This time more than 19 lakh candidates will appear in the annual examination of Higher Secondary and High School. Of these, about 4 lakh students will be private. Whereas the papers of NCERT subjects of High School and Higher Secondary will be of 80 marks this year also. Apart from this, students will get 20 marks for project and practical.

Solid information received from the districts
Officials of the Board of Secondary Education said that the norms were not followed in determining the examination centers from some districts and despite being government schools, private schools were included in the list of examination centres, while some examination centers were filled beyond the capacity. Names of more students were included.

Whereas seeing the information that is incomplete or not meeting the criteria, the officials have not announced the dates of the examinations in advance. Also for this reason this list was returned to the districts. Now that the list has come from the districts with concrete information, the Board of Secondary Education has announced the date of board examinations in Madhya Pradesh.
