After Pahalgam, visible and targeted reaction to terror is a new normal

New Delhi:

India’s response to the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, who killed 26 tourists, has drawn a red line which Pakistan can no longer ignore – will trigger terrorism target and visual results as a state policy.

Pakistani military assets, including the cruise missile strike and air base, have made a theoretical change towards calibrated detection as part of Operation Sindoor in Terror Infrastructure.

The operation is not over and it indicates “new general” in India’s terrorism perspective, emphasizing that Pakistan should accept new reality and cannot expect business as usual, the news agency ANI said.

“Operation vermilion is not over, we are in the new normal, the world must accept it. Pakistan will have to accept it; it could not be the business as usual,” sources told ANI.

On 7 May, the strike destroyed the nine high-value terrorist launchpads in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (Pojk).

The Lakshya belonged to Lashkar-e-Tabiba (Late), Jaish-e-Mohammed (Gem), and Hizbul Mujahideen. Places were identified as major training and operating centers to plan attacks against India.

India did not target Pakistani military or civic structures and tried its best to avoid collateral damage. However, the Pakistani army increased the situation by attacking civil areas with drones in India.

After tireless attacks, a decision was taken to strike where he would get hurt.

“And on that side, in a sharp, coordinated, calibrated attack, we hit airports, command centers, military infrastructure, air defense systems on the entire western front,” DG Air Operations Air Marshal Ak Bharti told reporters on Sunday.

He said, “We sent a clear message that aggression would not be tolerated. After that there were attacks in Sargodha, Barari, Jackbabad,” he said.

Pakistan’s work of any future of terror will be considered as war work, and India will answer accordingly, sources have said.

The Pakistani Army’s role in supporting terrorists to start attacks against India became even more clear when they stood in defense of hit terrorist infrastructure by Indian missiles as part of Operation Sindoor.

Indian military and intelligence sources pointed to irrefutable evidence that the elements within the Pakistan Army, especially inter-service intelligence (ISI), were providing logistics support, safe havens, training and financial support to terrorist groups working in POJK. Sources said that the proximity of some terrorist camps is suspected to be doubted for the known military installations and cantonment that they were being deliberately shielded, the sources said.
