The salesforce opens new tab is cutting more than 1,000 jobs as it hits workers simultaneously to sell new artificial intelligence products, Bloomberg News said on Monday (4 February).

Displaced workers will be able to apply for other jobs internally, saying the Bloomberg report, citing the person familiar with the matter.
The report also states that it cannot be determined on which partition the cut was focused on.
Salesforce did not immediately respond to the request of a Reuters for comments.
In December last year, CEO Mark Benioff said Salesforce has closed more than 1,000 paid deals for “agentforce” to create AI-in-operated virtual representatives.
The Wall Street Journal reported in January 2024 that the salesforce was closing around 700 employees. Bloomberg news also reported later in July 2024 that company cut about 300 More Jobs.
