The Guwahati police on Monday arrested two locals and a 22 -year -old Bangladeshi woman for allegedly producing obscene materials at a hotel in the city. The disputes were arrested by the police.
Men from Assam, known as Shafikul and Jahangir, and woman, resident of Bangladesh, both are currently in police custody.
According to police reports, the group booked rooms at a hotel in the super market area of ââGuwahati, where investigators suspect that they plan to film porn videos.
Sources revealed that Meen Akhtar had traveled to the Bangladesh border alone and entered India under false pretense of employment. She allegedly crossed Assam without a valid visa or passport.
The police is also investigating the possible links of large criminal networks involved in similar illegal activities.
Investigation is on.
