Maharashtra Minister and NCP leader Dhananjay Munde said on Thursday that he has come to know about Bell’s palsy, a condition that causes sudden weakness in the facial muscles, which severely affected his ability to speak.
Mr. Munde announced on Facebook.
“Currently, I can’t talk properly for two minutes, which has stopped me from participating in cabinet meetings and public events,” Mr. Munde said in the post.
Munde assured Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar that he was committed to overcoming his illness and returning to public service as soon as possible.
The minister, about 15 days ago, Dr. Eye surgery under TP Lahen was done, and was advised to stay away from bright lights, dust and sunlight.
Mr. Munde is setting fire from the opposition and after some Mahayati’s colleagues, after a close Volume Karad, on 9 December, Masajog was held in Masajog in Beed in a forced recovery case related to the kidnapping and brutal murder of sarpanch Santosh Deshmukh.
Mr. Munde has said that he has no connection with the sarpanch case and has denied the allegations of irregularities even when he was the first Agriculture Minister.
