Speaking in a ‘Yuva Panchayat’ (Youth Conclave), the former Deputy Chief Minister underlined several commitments aimed at addressing the aspirations of the youth of Bihar, especially about government employment.
“Should Bihar have an dominance policy?” Yadav asked the meeting, received a huge support. “We will introduce 100% domicile to protect the interests of the youth of the state,” he said, as stated by PTI.

Yadav admitted that similar efforts in the neighboring Jharkhand faced legal obstacles, but claimed that a viable solution was found. He said, “Efforts to implement this policy in Jharkhand failed for technical reasons. However, after consulting legal experts, we further identified a way,” he said.
Criticism of Nitish Kumar and BJP
Targeting Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Yadav commented that the 74 -year -old leader “was tired and should retire.” He also accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Kumar’s ally of reducing the reservation system. He said, “The BJP ate reservation (Aarkhan Khor) as we have a man-eight (Adam Khor),” he alleged.
Expressing confidence in the RJD -led Mahagathbandan’s electoral prospects, Yadav announced a plan to establish a Youth Commission (Youth Commission) to address employment and other concerns among young people. “Our first cabinet meeting will provide the necessary approval,” he assured.

Job Recruitment, Exam Exemption, and Travel Assistance
Yadav credited his party for accelerating the recruitment in government departments. He said, “When we were in power, the hiring process gained momentum. With an absolute majority, we will do more,” he said.
Promising relief for students and job seekers, he announced that the fee will be waived for the application for competitive examination, and the travel expenses of the candidates will be covered by the government to reach the examination centers.

“We will eliminate the fees required to achieve the examination forms and tolerate the travel costs of the candidates who often have to travel long distances,” they announced, clapping with the audience.
Commitment to reservation and youth representation
Yadav promised to restore the increased quota for the disadvantaged castes, killed by the Patna High Court.
Highlighting the RJD’s appeal among young voters, he claimed that his party has “the number of young MPs and MLAs”, which is best suited to remove the young aspirations of Bihar.
To handle the issues of education and employment of the government-led government led by Nitish Kumar, he said, “Bihar is not worth a government that is U-Anti-Youth, the question fails to stop the paper leak, and suppresses the real opposition with the cracks of the police.”
