BJP MPs are planning to pursue a privilege proposal against the leader of the opposition Rahul Gandhi after claiming the floor of Parliament that the Chinese soldiers were present on the Indian earth, the sources said. Violation of privilege notice is a legislative tool that can be invited against the members who were found to be misused by misusing any of their rights or misleading Parliament.
