A case has been filed against Congress leader, Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi, Sam Pitroda and close aide of others before grabbing the prohibition of prohibition in Bengaluru on Monday in Bengaluru.
Former ruling party leader Ramesh NR, Bruhat Bengaluru Metropolitan Palik (BBMP) and President of Anti -Corruption Forum have filed a complaint before the court.
The petition has been filed under Section 4 (2) of the Karnataka land grabbing Act 2011.
In his petition, Mr. Ramesh alleged: “Satyanarayana Gangaram Pitroda, also known as Sam Pitroda, who is close to Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi and former president of the foreign unit of Indian National Congress (I) (Register to a organization named FRLHT in Mumbai in 1996. In 2001, it was renewed for an additional ten years. “
Since 2011, the lease for this 12.35 acres reserved forest land has not been extended to FRLHT. Despite this, for the last 14 and a half years, they have allegedly ignored the legal rules, occupying this valuable government property, with the government assessment of more than Rs 150 crore and a market price of more than Rs 300 crore, Shri Ramesh alleged.
He said that he is earning an illegal income of 5 to 6 crore rupees annually by selling rare medicinal plants cultivated on this land and their products.
FRLHT, through his close associate and founding member of Darshan Shankar, he has allegedly constructed a large unauthorized building on this reserved forest land and is illegally operating an Ayurvedic hospital called I-AIM (Ayurveda and Integrated Medical Institute), alleged.
On 24 February, complaints were filed about the matter along with Assistant Documents along with Lokayukta and Enforcement Directorate, he said.
“Today, comprehensive criminal cases, including allegations of government land grabbing government land, have been filed against Sam Pitroda and Darshan Shankar on the special court of special court, which includes this huge government land grabbing scam with the alleged assistance of four senior officials of the Karnataka Forest Department,”.
Earlier, a complaint was filed against Congress leader Sam Pitroda, with a land scam of Rs 150 crore in Karnataka Lokayukta and Enforcement Directorate (ED) Bengaluru.
Mr. Ramesh alleged, “Sam Pitroda, who shares close ties with Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi, has been implicated in a large -scale illegal land scam associated with the property of the forest department of Karnataka, which costs more than Rs 150 crore.”
The complaint has also been filed against Javed Akhtar (IAS RETD.), Former Additional Chief Secretary of Forest and Environment Department of Karnataka, who is currently the chairman of the Karnataka Power Regulatory Commission (KERC), as well as the chief mentor of the forests, RK Singh and Sanjay Mohan, and Deputy Superintendents of Bengaluan.
The allegations include fraud, corruption, illegal government land acquisition and misuse of power.
Sam Pitroda, originally Odisha served as advisors to the Department of Telecommunications under former Prime Ministers Rajiv Gandhi and Manmohan Singh.
