General Z stands out with the lowest economic uncertainty index at 73.45, showing their adaptability during indefinite times. About 76% of this group prefers stable investment options such as fixed deposits, choosing safety on speculative profit.
Millennials and General X share similar ideas, with more than 77% less risk strategies. This challenges the idea that the younger generations are naturally risky, the report states.
Debt and unexpected expenses are major concerns for all age groups, growing from 73.03 to 75.86 for General X for General X with uncertainty index. This reflects the growing financial pressure as the age of the people.
Despite these challenges, about 70% of India’s youth have been investing for a long time, with the report focusing on the five -year plus horizon, the report states.
While the tradition still plays a role, 74% of General Z turn to family and friends for financial advice. However, they are also embracing modern financial products.
About 68% opt for dual-profit investments that combine safety with growth capacity.
