A Delhi court on Tuesday dismissed a criminal complaint filed by former Union Minister Rajiv Chandrashekhar against Congress MP Shashi Tharoor, alleging defamation.

Justice Purushadra Kumar Kaurava posted the matter on 28 April.

The court said, “The plaintiff should be registered as a suit. On April 28, release the list of defendants (Tharoor) to the Joint Registrar.”
