Ajmera Realty is on track to achieve a pre-2-sell target of 1,350 crore, for the first half of FY 2025, with confidence in its strong launch pipeline. Director Dhaval Ajmera shared insight on upcoming projects in Wadla and Vikoli, where the market response has been positive.
The company has acquired a major land parcel for Rs 51 crore in the Ghatkopar earlier, which marks entry into top projects. With more acquisition and completion projects in the pipeline, Ajmera Realty is expected to jump 25–30% in the upcoming fiscal, which makes FY26 one of its best years. Watch the full video for more.
