New Delhi:
Elon Musk-Rain X went down to a large-scale global outage in India on Monday, as the users were unable to reach the micro-blogging platform.
The X, in the east, was non-conducting for millions of users and the company had yet to respond to the reason behind the mega outage.
However, it started working for some users after facing at least 30â40 minutes of outage during the day.
According to the platform outage tracking platform detector, the X outage reached about 15:00 hours.
One user remarked: “What is Twitter Down? No one is getting the same issue? Can’t open the comment section”.
Downdetector reported a huge spike, in which users were running to register their complaints about social media site on other platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
During the downtime, X stopped working perfectly, while users were unable to post tweets or even unable to open the page on the platform.
The X was acquired by Elon Musk in $ 44 billion in 2022.
After the acquisition, the X rarely got away from the grid of its peers contrary to Facebook and Instagram.
Recently, Tech Billionaire increased the prices of its top-level membership service (premium+) for its X social media platforms, which was 35 per cent on a large scale for both new and existing users in India, including global markets in India.

In India, the original level membership rate is unchanged with Rs 243 and Rs 650 on the premium tier.
