New Delhi. Delhi’s Atishi government is seen in full action. A big decision has been taken in the Cabinet meeting of the Delhi government. The Atishi government has decided to extend the Electric Vehicle Policy by March 2025. After 1 January 2024, there will be subsidy and road tax exemption on the electric vehicle (EV) purchased.
Atishi said in the press conference that in view of poor air quality, the Delhi cabinet has decided to expand the EV policy and start a subsidy and road tax exemption pending from January 1. He said, “The electric vehicle purchased on January 1, 2024 and then will get a subsidy and road tax exemption, which the BJP stopped after Arvind Kejriwal was sent to jail.”
