The Central Government announced to celebrate Constitution Murder Day every year in the country.A notification in this regard was also issued by the Home Ministry.Constitution assassination day will be celebrated every year on 25th June to remember the Emergency in the country.
New Delhi. When the Central Government announced on Friday to celebrate Constitution assassination day on 25th June every year, a lot of politics started regarding this. An immediate reply came from Congress on this. Party President Mallikarjun Kharge said that in the last 10 years, the Central Government has celebrated every day like ‘Constitution Murder Day’. You have snatched away self-respect from every poor and deprived section of the society every moment. Kharge said, ‘When BJP leaders in MP urinate on tribals or when police forcibly cremate a Dalit daughter of Hathras in UP, if that is not murder of the Constitution, then what is?’
The Congress Chief further said that every 15 minutes a major crime takes place against Dalits in the country. Also, six Dalit women are raped every day. If this is not murder of the Constitution then in what category would it fall? Making a big allegation on BJP, Mallikarjun Kharge said that when bulldozers are used illegally on minorities due to which 1.5 lakh houses are demolished in two years and 7.38 lakh people are rendered homeless, then that is not murder of the Constitution, then what else? Is?
