With HDFC Securities, customer base of more than 3.5 lakhs and over 2,700 corporate customers, KFINTEC’s CRA platforms will be availed to increase NPS services.
CRAS plays an important role in the NPS ecosystem by managing subscriber records, ensuring transparency and simplifying account operations.
The KFINTECH platform includes features such as flexible transaction statement downloads, real-time SMS notifications, double-factor for security and dedicated portals, WhatsApp and user friendly access through a missed call service.

Corporate NPS contribution now qualifies for infrastructure tax deduction of up to 14% compared to 10% earlier.
