On Friday, a French court sentenced a person to 30 years in jail for the murder of its former partner, which repeatedly warned the authorities that he was in danger after years of misuse.
The 31-year-old victim, Sandra PLA, was found in a pool of blood at his home in Bordeaux in Southwest France in July 2021, especially with about 50 knife lesions on her neck and face.
The prosecutors sought a 30 -year sentence in a case that shook the country, where a woman dies every three days.
The PLA several times informed its former partner as abusive and harassing him, even to seek help to write a letter to President Emmanuel Macron.
40 -year -old Mikel Fallo admitted to killing his former partner.
But during the trial starting on Wednesday, he refused pre -murder and said he could not remember the moment when he stabbed him.
The prosecutor Veronic partner argued, however, “He intended to kill and kill Sandra PLA. He was waiting for him, he surprised him, he panicked him, and he killed him.”
Falou was emotional as an announcement of his defect.
“Justice has been done,” PLA’s mother, Annie Librail said after the verdict.

‘Disappointed’
One of Falau’s lawyers, Elena Badsesku argued, however, his customer did not kill the PLA “because she was a woman” and she was not right or jealous.
On Wednesday, many witnesses said how frightened the victim was.
Her parents had gone with her even for a few months, and she installed a doorbell with a safety camera.
A specialist on Thursday described Fallo as “unable to sympathy” and was trying to portray himself as a victim.
Fallo said that he broke into the PLA house at around 4:30 pm on that day when he killed him and hid until he came back after taking his daughter to school.
“I was completely frustrated. I was obsessed to show that he (his family) made false evidence to get into custody”, he told the court.
In his closing statement, Fallo said he was “haunted” by killing his former-partner, but between the two Sobs, he said that he feels “misunderstood”.
He also testified that when hiding outside the PLA’s house, he did not remember to leave a person who spent the night with him-although investigators said that he would have seen surely.
