Along with schools in various states, observing a government holiday for the birth anniversary of Sant Sellal Maharaj, the question is whether the banks will remain closed on Saturday, 15 February. According to the Guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India, banks follow a bipolar holiday system, which is required to be open on an alternative Saturday until they are specified in the holiday list.
