While JP Morgan has refused to comment, Dimon has demanded more efficiency. In fact, he has allegedly emphasized whether the employees have an option to work in JP Morgan. The report said that the CEO asked him not to be crazy, and said it was an independent country.

After the January announcement, all the employees were recalled by March at the five-day returns to-office, several employees complained to the internal messages boards and talked about the end of the arrangement of hybrid work. A group allegedly launched an online petition to request Dimon to reconsider.
It is said that around 950 people have signed a petition against the five -day policy till the evening of 12 February. JP Morgan has more than 317,000 employees worldwide.
The CEO of the company thinks that some employees did not pay attention during zoom meetings, which reduced their efficiency and creativity and therefore necessary.
According to a Townhall recording reviewed by Reuters, Dimon said, “There is no chance that I will leave it to the managers … zero chance. The misuse is exceptional.”

It seems that JP Morgan employees are unlikely to have easy days, as Dimon has asked the bank departments to show 10% profit in efficiency, which will cut reports, meetings, documents and training sessions by 10%.
He narrated a story about a money management case, requiring the approval of 14 committee. “I think I can’t tolerate it anymore, firing the 14 presidents of the committees,” he said. “Sorry to me. It’s my fault. I am the owner.”
He also cited demonstration reviews for the bank’s Steering Committee that could spread to six pages.
Jamie Dimon is not only one, many banks are finished or ending distance work policies, including Deuts Bank and Bank of America.
