The government has given administrative and financial approval for the establishment of the Center, GR said.
A professional advisor will be hired to collect news related to the government in the PDF format. The news will be dominated in categories such as positive, negative news, departments, issues, events and individuals.
During the monitoring of electronic media materials, the advisory will provide an hour alert about the trends of news materials, mood and tone.
The advisor will be hired through the e-tender process for a period of one year.
Information and Public Relations Directorate or DGIPR is authorized to extend the tenure of consultant by two years if the work is found to be satisfactory.
The word should not be more than three years, GR said.
