A fresh addition to long -running Gundam franchise is ready to debut with the mobile suit Gundam Gquuuuuuuuuux, which marks an important entry into the MECHA anime style. Buced by sunrise in collaboration with studio Khara, the series introduces an entertaining story set in an alternative version of Universal Century. A female hero leads the narrative with two co-leaders, making it a second consecutive Gundam series for the convenience of a central female pilot. Anime will start its television broadcast in Japan on 8 April 2025, with Amazon Prime Video safe international streaming rights.

According to official announcements, the mobile suit Gundam Gquuuuuuuux is scheduled to air at Nippon television and affiliated NNS stations in Japan starting from April 8, 2025. The series will also be available to global audiences through Amazon Prime Video. The North American audience will have the opportunity to experience dramatic cuts through GKIDS, which has gained distribution rights for the film from 28 February 2025.
