MP Free Health Scheme News: Mohan Yadav government of Madhya Pradesh has made a big announcement. Under this, orders have been given to provide health protection benefits to Anganwadi workers, Anganwadi assistants, mini Anganwadi workers, Panchayat secretaries, village employment assistants, Asha workers, Usha workers, Asha supervisors, Kotwar and contractual employees in the state. After this order, all these government and contractual employees will get the benefit of Ayushman Bharat Niramayam Scheme. Under which he will be able to get free health treatment worth Rs 5 lakh in a year.
Order to give benefits issued
While issuing the order, the Public Health and Family Welfare Department of Madhya Pradesh said that till now the contractual employees associated with Anganwadi and Panchayat were not able to get the benefit of Ayushman Card Scheme. In this regard, it has been decided by the government that the benefits of this scheme will also be given to all contractual employees.
In this regard, work was being done to provide benefits to these employees from the year 2023. Now instructions have been issued to implement the order. In this regard, clear instructions have been given to the officials of Women and Child Development Department, Revenue Department, General Administration Department, Panchayat and Rural Development Department and National Health Mission. They were demanding this through continuous agitation by the employees.
These families will not get benefits
A rule has also been issued by the government, in which if any member of the family is an income tax payer in any of the last three years, then he will not get the benefit of this scheme. Apart from this, the employee will not be eligible even if any other member of the family avails the benefit of free health care under the government scheme. Apart from this, it has also been clearly mentioned that if any member of the family is taking benefit of this scheme being a government employee, then other employees will not get its benefit.
