Officials said on Wednesday that new immigration and foreigners would be simplified with the bills of foreigners to deal with the problem of illegal migration in India and to keep an eye on the movement to eliminate foreigners. The bill was introduced in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).
In recent years, Delhi alone has seen a four -fold increase in the number of foreigners, which are ending their reception. But with new laws, strict punishment will be imposed, and officials hope that the process of sending these illegal migrants will be simplified. The official said, “Compliance with this bill is going to be reduced.”
According to MHA, the bill introduces strict punishment for violations and use of lattice documents. “The reduction of the visa condition or violating the visa will imprison up to three years and fined three lakhs.”
“If someone reaches without a valid documents, a person can give a jail sentence of up to five years and pay a fine of Rs 5 lakh,” the official said that if the law enforcement agencies are notices that fake documents are being used for travel, a person will have to undergo a period of two-seven years and pay Rs 1 lakh from Rs 1 lakh.
“This bill is in line with the government government’s simplification of laws, ease of trade and reducing compliance burden,” an MHA official said.

A top MHA official said, “The bill will help in the smooth administration of the simplified language provisions and ensure better compliance of foreigners with immigration laws. It will provide sufficient legal support to immigration functions, its agencies and office bearers.”
In fact, the new bill attempts to balance the national security and requirements of the immigration of foreigners, with the need to promote economic development and tourism in the country, the official said.
The MHA also clarified that the bill is not related to any cases related to citizenship grant, and foreigners with dual citizenship would be considered as citizens of the country whose passports they entered India.
