From when will Chaturdashi last: This year, Anant Chaturdashi tithi of Bhadrapada month will start from 3:10 pm on September 16, which will end on September 17 at 11:44 am. According to Udaya Tithi, Anant Chaturdashi Tithi will be valid on 17th September.

On 17th September, Anant Chaturdashi, there will be 4 auspicious Choghadiya auspicious times for the immersion of Bappa. How to immerse Ganesh?
1- Wake up early in the morning, take bath and wear clean clothes.
2- Clean the puja room
3- Do Jalabhishek of Bappa
4- Apply yellow sandalwood to the Lord
5- Offer flowers, Akshat, Durva and fruits
6- Perform Aarti with incense and ghee lamp
7- Offer modak, laddu and coconut to Lord Ganesha.
8- Pray for forgiveness at the end
After this, immerse Bappa with musical instruments at the auspicious time.
Importance of Anant Chaturdashi on Ganesh immersion?
Anant Chaturdashi date is considered most important for Ganesh immersion. Lord Vishnu is worshiped in his eternal form on Chaturdashi Tithi itself, which makes Chaturthi Tithi even more important. Devotees of Lord Vishnu keep fast on this day. At the time of worshiping God, a thread is tied on the hand. It is believed that this thread protects the devotees in every crisis. Ganesh Utsav is celebrated for ten days in the month of Bhadrapada. On the eleventh day of Ganesh Utsav, the idol of Lord Ganesha is immersed in a river, pond or sea. Before immersion, worship and aarti of Lord Ganesha is done, flowers are offered and prasad, coconut is offered. In some families, the Ganesh idol can also be immersed in a bucket or tub at home.
