Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, on Monday, joined the Congress’s ongoing ‘Exodus Roco, Job Do’ in Begusarai district of Bihar.

Wearing a white T-shirt, Gandhi participated in the Padatra of Begusarai city and along with several party leaders, Kanhaiya Kumar and state party president Rajesh Kumar.

The Congress and its student and young winged leaders and a large number of workers and a large number of workers, demanding immediate filling of vacancies in the defense forces to carry the party flags and placards, also participated in the padyatra.

Earlier in the day, Gandhi reached Begsarai from Patna, where he was obtained by Rajesh Kumar and other senior leaders of the party at J Prakash Narayan International Airport.

He will later return to Patna to address the ‘Samvidan security sailing’ (Save the Constitution Seminar). He will then visit Bihar Congress Office Sadakat Ashram in Patna to address party employees.

This is Gandhi’s third Bihar tour since January, when he urged the party employees to “give ideological defeat” to the BJP in the assembly elections later this year.

The Rae Bareli MP shared a one-minute video message on X on Sunday, urging the youth of Bihar to join the march in Begsarai wearing a “white T-shirt”.

He said, “Our aim is to draw the world attention to the plight of the youth of Bihar, which find government jobs rare day by day and there is no benefit of privatization. Let us bring the government under pressure in the state and change it,” he said in the video.

Begusarai is also the home district of Kanhaiya Kumar, which has been the star attraction of Padra, which started in East Champaran district last month.
