According to a report, Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge may be launched in the next few months. The South Korean Technology Group on Wednesday launched the Galaxy S25 Series at the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event in San Jose, California. Along with this, it also launched a new device with a thin profile compared to its major models, brought back its ‘Edge’ branding and gave it the surname Galaxy S25 Edge. However, the phone was only teased and no information was given about its price or specification.
Now, a new report suggests that a representative of the company would officially tease the launch timeline of the Galaxy S25 Edge.

There is not much information about the device. In Galaxy Unpacked, Samsung displayed the internal components of the phone in a teaser video, suggesting to include a dual camera unit with vertical stacked lens on the back. The Galaxy S25 is said to have packed more thin profiles than its major counterparts in the Galaxy S25 series.
While other specialties are unknown, it is considered to be a reply to Samsung for the widely rumored iPhone 17 Air, which may begin as part of the iPhone 17 lineup this year. The phone is likely to be located between the Galaxy S25 Plus and the Galaxy S25 Ultra model in the company’s lineup.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge Specification (Expected)
Previous reports suggest that Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge Galaxy S25+ may be equipped with a 6.66-inch display similar to the model. The phone is said to have a 6.4 mm thin profile without a camera unit, while its thickness around the camera module can be 8.3 mm.
For optics, it may have a dual rear camera setup with a 200-megapixel primary camera. The Galaxy S25 is believed to be powered by the same Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy Chipset that also power the flagship Galaxy S25 model. It can be combined with 12GB RAM as standard.
