Samsung launched Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, Galaxy S25 Plus and Galaxy S25 at the Galaxy Unpacked event on Wednesday. Samsung claims that its new flagship series has AI tools like never before and will provide users with a more natural and context-aware mobile experience.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra
The new Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which promises better performance, powers the Galaxy S25 Ultra. It comes with 12GB RAM, plus 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage options. A 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz graces the device.
A 200MP primary camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, a 10MP telephoto shooter and a brand new 50MP ultrawide camera all comprise the camera system. With a 5,000 mAh battery, 45W wired charging speed, wireless charging capabilities, and IP68 water and dust protection, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will come pre-installed with Android 15-based One UI 7 and Galaxy AI features.
The base model (12GB+256GB) of Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is priced at $1,299 (approximately Rs 1,12,300); The 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB models are priced at $1,419 (roughly Rs. 1,22,700) and $1,659 (roughly Rs. 1,43,400), respectively.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus
The Galaxy S25 Plus models, like the Ultra, have been upgraded to the new Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, and One UI 7 has more intelligent features and AI capabilities. The phone features a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED QHD+ screen with a 1-120 Hz adaptive refresh rate, 12GB of RAM, and 256GB/512GB of storage. A 50MP primary camera, 12MP ultrawide and 10MP telephoto make up the rear triple lens camera configuration. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus packs a 4900mAh battery that supports 45W wired and wireless charging, as well as an IP68 grade for water and dust protection.
The price of 12GB/256GB model of Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus is $999 (approximately Rs 86,400), while its 12GB + 512GB variant is priced at $1,119 i.e. approximately Rs. 96,700.
Samsung Galaxy S25
The base model of the S25 family is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and One UI 7 with new software features for better performance. It features a 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED FHD+ screen with an adaptive refresh rate of 1-120Hz and a single camera. Same system as the S25 Plus with a 50MP primary, 12MP ultrawide and 10MP telephoto. The Samsung Galaxy S25 comes with 12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB storage options. It packs a 4000mAh battery with 25W wired and wireless charging support, and is rated IP68 for dust and water resistance.
The entry-level Samsung Galaxy S25 model (12GB/128GB) is priced at $799, or approximately Rs. 69,100. The 12GB+256GB model starts at $859, or around Rs. Will be available in. 74,300. Pricing details for the 12GB+512GB model have not been revealed yet.
