India today stated in a strong terms that the comments made to former Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina have been made in their personal capacity, which has no role in India.
Responding to media questions, Randhir Jiswal, spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs (Mea), wives in a statement why the acting High Commissioner of Bangladesh was called by MEA today, MD, MD of India. The capacity with India’s position is not good for bilateral relations.
“It was reported that India wishes for a positive, creative and mutually beneficial relationship with Bangladesh, which has been repeated several times in recent high-level meetings. However, it is regrettable that it is regrettable by Bangladesh officials. The regular statements continue to portray India negatively. The spokesperson of mea said in a statement.

“These statements of Bangladesh are actually responsible for constant negativity,” said Mr. Jaiswal.
He said, “The comments responsible for former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina have been made in his personal capacity, in which India has no role. Confusion with India’s situation is not going for help and positivity for bilateral relations, “He said.
The MEA spokesperson said, “While the Government of India will strive for a mutually beneficial relationship, we hope that Bangladesh will receive the atmosphere in a similar way without any environment.”
Mea’s statement came a day after expressing pain over the barbarity of the house of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the founder of Bangladesh, India and said that “the work of barbarity” should be strongly condemned.
Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s historical residence, occupation and oppression was a symbol of the brave resistance of the people of Bangladesh, destroyed on 5 February 2025.
The MEA spokesperson said on Thursday, “All those who value the freedom struggle, who nurture bungalow identity and pride, know about the importance of this residence for the national consciousness of Bangladesh. This act of vandalism Should be strongly condemned. “
The protesters allegedly demanded a ban on the Awami League, after opening the gate, there was a storm in the campus, causing widespread destruction. Local media added opposition to an online speech by former Ms. Hasina.
