New Delhi. These days, very high demand is being seen for some selected vehicles of Maruti Suzuki. The demand for CNG vehicles has increased significantly, especially in cities. According to the information, Maruti has to deliver about 43,000 units of the CNG version of its best-selling 7-seater car by July 2024.
According to CarWale, Maruti has received a large number of bookings for the Ertiga 7-seater CNG. Due to high orders, the company has pending delivery of 43,000 units of this car. Maruti Ertiga is one of the 12 CNG models, which include XL6, Grand Vitara, Brezza, Frontex, Baleno, DZire, WagonR, Celerio, Eeco, S-Presso and Alto K10.
Tremendous mileage in CNG
Maruti Ertiga is available in CNG avatar in two variants, VXi (O) and ZXi (O). This version gets a 1.5-litre, four-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol engine which is paired only with a five-speed manual transmission. In petrol mode, this car generates 102bhp power and 136Nm torque, while in CNG mode it is capable of delivering 87bhp power and 121Nm torque. This 7-seater gives a mileage of 26.11 km in CNG mode.
The features are amazing
In different variants of the car, you get connected car technology (telematics) with 7-inch SmartPlay Pro touchscreen infotainment system, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support. Its safety suite includes features like cruise control, auto headlamps, 4 airbags, ABS with EBD, brake assist, rear parking sensors, ISOFIX child seat anchorage, hill hold control with ESP. The company has also provided advanced features like climate control AC and paddle shifters in the car.
The price is also reasonable
Talking about the price of Ertiga, its base variant is available at Rs 8.69 lakh ex-showroom. Whereas the top variant of the car is available at a price of Rs 13.03 lakh (ex-showroom).
