Lucindi Mittan, a graduate student at the University of Master of Science, West Florida at the Cybercity Program, is the first student to be awarded the information technology fellowship of foreign affairs reputed foreign affairs in the history of the university. Mitton has worked diligently to combine academic excellence with professional development.
