Preagraj District Magistrate Ravindra Kumar Mandar on Thursday announced the removal of vehicle entry sanctions in prayer, which was deployed for the smooth movement of devotees during the Maha Kumbh Mela.

He said, “Till date, till January 30, devotees are returning, and the police have been instructed to remove diversity and barricades. There will be no entry ban on vehicles on 31 January, 1 February and 4 February,” Said.
However, Mr. Mandar clarified that the diversion scheme will be re -implemented on 2 and 3 February for Besant Panchami SNAN.
He said, “A separate process for vehicle entry into the fair area will be managed by the Fair Officer and Dig, which will release further information. There is no restriction on vehicles within the prevention of pre -prefections,” he said.
