Zomato to Rebrand as ‘Eternal’, Unveils New Logo



Indian food and groce delivery platform Zomato said on Thursday that it would change the name of “infinity” to the company and unveil a new logo, a step that internally uses two years after using the new name. Comes after

Eternal will include its four major businesses – Food delivery vertical zomato, Quick -Commerce Unit Blinking, Live Events Business District and Kitchen Supply Unit Hyperpore.

“We publicly thought by changing the name of the company, when something beyond Zomato became an important driver of our future,” founder Deepinder Goyal said in a letter to the shareholders.

“Today, with the Blinkit, I think we are here,” Goyal said.

The step marks a change for the company, since investors were suspected about the acquisition of zomato of the Blinkit in mid -2022, investors were increasing interest to increase the development of quick commerce.

Along with the Blinkit, Early Bird Swigi’s Instamart has changed the way Indians shop, and to launch their quick-commerce services to retailers like Reliance Industries’ Jiomart as well as Indian business of Amazon and Walmart Has forced.
